Lauri Riipinen has started as the Chief Operating Officer of Silvasti Software Oy. Has has almost two decades of experience in management positions in international production and logistics companies. His expertise covers ERP systems, where he has 13 years of experience, especially in production and warehouse logistics, based on the production of Toyota WRC and Subaru N-group rally cars. In addition to the rally industry, Lauri has worked for ten years in a key position developing and managing project logistics and special transport solutions throughout Europe. Lauri has a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Jyväskylä and is also a production engineer. In daily operations, he combines academic knowledge and practical experience, creating innovative solutions to production and logistics challenges. Lauri spends his free time with his family, endurance sports and farming.
